Individual 50-minute Sessions
I offer two modalities of Art Therapy and Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy. Deciding what approach we take together will be a collaborative process based on your needs and interests, whether that be primarily making art, talking, or a combination of the two.
Art Therapy
While trauma and oppression can generate a feeling of disconnection, creating art naturally helps us connect to our body and reveal inner wisdom that may otherwise be inaccessible or difficult to express through words alone. Together we will explore your own wisdom through the process of artmaking to guide your healing journey. Sessions include using creative materials like collage, watercolor, digital art, or markers with no prior art experience needed.
Psychotherapy
Using a warm, relational approach, I will offer steadfast support along your journey. We will start with an initial collaborative session in which we create a plan that will guide our work together focused on your goals. Drawing from your strengths, I will partner with you in creating increase balance and vitality in your life.
